It is without any doubt that I dare statement which the democracy is a notorious Utopia in our Africa.
The concept of the democracy in on our premises appears as a myth that one cannot decipher without risk to burn oneself. It is a remote mystery which prevents us from evolving/moving and to experience the development so much necessary. Me I do not believe in this false democracy saying is obtained and this expensive price of assiègement Western or in the name of a certain dubious peace which pourait to have dark following days. Our leaders trample with force the idea of any alternate policy what is however one of the pledges of a country which asserts being a State of right. They are much carefree and covetous because they are always smelled obliged to cut one longeveté political in order to safeguard their assets forgetting q' they signed for a democratic country and not despotaire. One can suppose easily that self-centredness a word which has much value in the African world emanating from our own leaders.

if it is true that reality is not far from being what you say, I wonder which is thus the solution that you recommend in what you say.

It is true that your eyes and your ears hear what is not of course the labels of our leaders and others, but what you think that one can make together to mitigate this problem.

I think that it is there the question of the leaders who you are and who it is there the combat which should animate the leader who you are.

can one speak about democracy in this lugubrious African continent? I do not believe but speak rather about “demoncratie”. And in your analysis you said well “the democratic illsusoire in Africa” I think that you said all. One cannot speak about democracy in a continent like Africa or its leaders preach with excess the despotism. The demoncratie which is not other than: the corruption, the nepotism, the genocide, the interminable civil wars, diversions of public monies, impunities… here what is appropriate for Africa.

Hello Mohammed and others…

I think that one must cease painting all the African continent (53 states) in black.
I do not deny the fact that it ya several countries where the démacratie is not very existing; however it is necessary all the same to quote certain countries which exists in example, by the visible projections.
Let us not forget considering the definition of Démacratie which it government of the people by the people for the people.
A question: Is what a Head of State in Africa which makes more than 20 years to the capacity and which each time re-elected to 80% by his people is a democracy or not?

I want to return in the debate, but I cannot how start since the subject for me is not yet defined… It IS WHAT the DEMOCRACY? IS THE CAPACITY BY THE PEOPLE? IS THAT YOU CAN SAY EC WHAT YOU UNDERSTAND BY DEMOCRACY BEFORE QUALIFYING IT….

A Discussion posed by Mohammed, 20 a Gabonese year old young person, motivated and to engage by its activities within JVF (member dureseau of young volunteers French-speaking) and answered by the actors of the international development of Africa (Yvon, Marco, Guil, Souhou)
